Single story steel frame, metal clad structure. Front end of building is finished and consists of several private offices, a conference room and an open office area. Unfinished area of building consists of all manufacturing space, mainly large open areas separated by partition walls and some smaller rooms. Interior finish includes concrete floors, a mixture of concrete block and sheet metal walls, and exposed ceiling joists. Lighting is mostly provided by exposed fluorescent lights. Sprinkler system throughout and steam heat. Northern portion of building was built in 1968 and the remaining area was added in 1985. There is an addition 1500 sqft storage building with concrete floors and wood frame structure. 150, 000 sqft parking area.
